The Shoulderstand Block – PE30X Foam is the especially lightweight version of our shoulderstand blocks, with a large bevel on one side that makes shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) more comfortable and eases pressure on the cervical spine.

The fine-pored, closed-cell PE30X foam is water-repellent, elastic, and tear-resistant – despite its light weight, the block stays dimensionally stable and feels pleasant against the skin. It's made in northern Germany, by a different manufacturer than the one sewing our cotton textile products.
