Supports the shoulders and neck in poses such as shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) and plough (Halasana), and also works well as a seat riser or as support for pranayama while lying down. Compared with the Foam Block, cork feels a little firmer and naturally offers a very grippy surface.
